And if the volume is low, then manual soldering is used which is carried out by hands using a microscope. In the process of PCB assembly, conformal coating is done on the board after the soldering of the electronic elements. This conformal coating prevents deterioration of the board. It also prevents leakage of current. PCB boards are after assembly put in an antistatic bag so that no static charge transmits in the board especially while transporting.
